On a bright,Saturday afternoon,a young man named Ted,was walking home from work whistling to himself.Now,he loved trinkets of every shape and size,ever since he was just a child,they would always grab his attention.Ted would pick up random trinkets he thought were rare to him and picked them up.So one day,he spotted something extraordinary on the ground that was glistening in the sunlight.Ted decided to approach it and what he saw filled him with amazement;it was a beautiful golden necklace with a beautifully sharp fang in the middle of it.He finally picked up the lovely trinket,and continued his trek home with it in his hands.

When Ted got home,he went upstairs to his room and closed the door.As he sat on his bed,he couldn't keep his eyes off of his gorgeous treasure,but wondered where such an exquisite piece of jewelry came from?The sunlight from the window shone on the mysterious fang making it glisten.Ted held the special necklace carefully,so he wouldn't drop it and that it wouldn't be lost.Finally,Ted decided to place it in his special trinket shelf so he can keep it forever.Unfortunately,Ted accidently opened his hand causing the necklace to fall.He gasped in horror then jumped and caught it by the sharp point of the fang,pricking his palm and caused Ted great pain as he dropped it on the plywood floor below.

"Ouch!That hurts!"Ted exclaimed while trying to ignore the throbbing pain inside his palm.Finally,he picked up the necklace,opened up the first shelf which was his Special Trinket Drawer,gently put it inside and shuts it tightly.Suddenly,Ted felt a burning sensation ripping through his hand like the blood in the veins of his hands were like extremely hot tar!Ted fell to his knees in agony as he grasped his wrist screaming in severe pain wishing it would stop.Tears formed in his eyes as the pain grew worse!

"Augh!It burns,my whole hand feels like it's on fire!",Ted screamed out in agony.He started to sweat profusely,his heart pounded wildly in his chest.Then,he felt a burning pain,like fire was burning through the muscles of his entire body and collapsed into the floor groaning in severe pain.Suddenly,his body swelled into muscles which ripped his light-blue shirt in the middle.

Then,his bones made a sickening popping sound as they started to shift from a biped form into a quadruped form.His skin tightened up and started ripping like soggy,wet tissue paper revealing dark red scales underneath.The bones in Ted's legs started to break apart and reformed into digigrades.His tongue became longer,thinner and then forked in the middle like that of a reptiles.

Ted decided to lick clean the fresh blood off of his scales.His skin kept ripping revealing more and more scales.Ted's face made a sickening crack as it stretched out as a snout while his nose started to shrink inside his face leaving two slit nostrils flaring in and out with every breath he took.

His neck began to enlongate and his spine started stretching out longer and longer making more popping noises as it stretched into a huge vertabrae.Ted suddenly felt a bump near the seat of his pants,then he screamed out in agony as the lumo burst out of his backside as a huge dark maroon tail.

He also felt two bumps near his back forcing their way out of his shoulder blade,which caused Ted to scream out in agony.Then suddenly two bat-like wings had burst through a shower of both blood and flesh.The wings were also dark maroon but covered with red blood all over them.Suddenly,onyx black webbing formed between the fingers of both wings.Ted looked at his newly acquired wings and decided to flap them both clean.His hands were next;they started to fuse into paws and his fingernails burst through becoming huge black talons.Ted's feet grew out also and his toenails burst into the same black talons causing his shoes to rip open.

Two horns burst through Ted's skull which caused his dirty auburn hair to fall out into large clumps on the floor.The horns were dark maroon in color and kept growing larger.His ears became pointed and then split becoming a fin near both sides of his head while dark maroon webbings grew from both.Just when Ted was about to sigh a breath of relief,he felt a stinging pain causing Ted to close his eyes for a bit.When he opened them,his eyes were yellow in color and his pupils were black.His eyes were shifted from each side of his face,but Ted claimed that he could see a lot better than he could.

But,a huge pain inside Ted's mouth caused tears to fall from his eyes.His human teeth fell out from his gums and fell onto the floor along with blood coming down from his gums.Suddenly,bigger,pointy teeth grew in their place.Black armor plated scutes started to climb down from his neck to his stomach,then his tail.Finally,black spikes started to burst through his scales from Ted's head towards is back and tail.After the transformation was over,he looked in the mirror and saw himself,but as a dragon!It turns out that the fang from the necklace was obviously a dragon's fang!

Looking as his new body,Ted felt absolutely powerful!Now he could go anywhere without walking ever again!So with his new wings,Ted tested them and hovered a little bit off of the ground.Finally,Ted opened his window and flew outside,feeling the wind blowing on his face.It was all thanks to a certain trinket that gave him that type of freedom.
