On a bright,sunny morning,a hunter by the name of Jeremiah,got up from a good night's sleep and decided to go fox hunting.He made breakfast,ate,grabbed his shotgun and whistled for his hunting dog,Silver.Silver got up and walked up to his master barking happily.So after the proper preparations,Jeremiah and Silver got out from their home and headed out towards the forest.After walking around the forest for some time,Jeremiah noticed a baby fox all by itself.Jeremiah smiled evilly,took aim at the young kit and put his finger on the trigger.Luckily,for the baby fox,it saw the barrel of the shotgun and took off running.Frustrated,Jeremiah cursed under his breath,took off his hat,jumped on it and then told Silver to run after the young kit.

Silver barked and sniffed the ground to get the young fox's scent,then perked up his head,and followed the trail the baby fox left.Jeremiah followed Silver and ran behind the hunting dog trying to catch up to him.The young fox ran faster and faster to shake off the hunting dog,but with every step it took,Silver was right behind him.Later,by the clearing of the woods,a mother fox was looking for her pup worriedly because it wandered from her sight.Suddenly,she heard a yipping noise and saw three figures moving towards the clearing and in the blink of an eye,she saw her baby was running for its life with Silver and Jeremiah following close behind.The fox kit ran towards its mom and hid behind her shaking in fear.After Jeremiah stopped running,he pointed the barrel of his shotgun at the baby and the mother saying,"Well,well,look at this two foxes for the price of one!"Just as Jeremiah was about to pull the trigger,the kit's mom ran towards him and bit Jeremiah's hand as hard as she could causing him to drop the shotgun.

"OW!" he shouted out loud and grabbed his hand after that attack.The mom fox carried her baby by the scruff of its neck and ran back never to be seen again.Jeremiah just looked at the the wound the mother gave him and cursed under his breath again.Silver looked at his master and whimpered sympathetically,wagging his tail reassuredly.

"I'm okay,Silver."Jeremiah reassured his friend,"That darn fox just bit me,that's all.Let's go home,okay?"So,after that little experience,Jeremiah picked up his shotgun and walked home with Silver tagging along.As Jeremiah was almost a mile away from his shack,he felt like his hand was burning like it was on fire causing Jeremiah to cry out in pain.He looked around for a pond or a brook but he saw nothing,so Jeremiah grabbed his canteen and he poured the contents of it on his hand.Jeremiah thought,"Ah,that feels much better."But,the relief didn't last long because the burning feeling in Jeremiah's hand came back 20 times more worse so he had to suck it up and go home.

"AUGH!Why won't my hand stop burning?"Jeremiah thought to himself.Silver looked at his master knowing that something was wrong with him.It was when they got home that the burning immediately turned into pain,as Jeremiah screamed in complete agony all over his body."

AAAGGGH!"he screamed,and dropped to his knees in complete agony.Silver stopped whimpering and started to bark loudly as his master was writhing in absolute pain.Jeremiah's body started to swell up with muscles from his chest to his legs.Fur started to grow around his body from his face and right near his backside,his hands turned dark brown and fused into fox paws.The palms of his hands started to swell and then formed into paw pads,his feet did the same thing.Jeremiah's clothes started to hang off him as he started to shrink from his normal human size to a fox's size.

"What's happening to me...?",Jeremiah spoke as his voice sounded more lower than usual.His arms and legs formed into quadruped form,while his ears turned pointed and grew outwards,Silver barked loudly and growled as his master continued his strange transformation.Jeremiah's human teeth grew out into sharp teeth,but like those of a fox,Jeremiah's nose lengthened into a fox's muzzle,his nose flattened into a fox's snout.Then the nose changed color to black as well as the tips of his ears.His spine grew longer and it stopped as a bump near Jeremiah's tailbone,then the bump then burst into a bushy tail.Silver stopped barking and then whimpered because he couldn't help his master,so he just stood there.Finally,Jeremiah's chest and stomach fur turned white as did his throat and gave out a tiny yipping sound from his throat.

Aftr his transformation stopped,Jeremiah looked at his faithful companion and just gave out a small yip from his mouth.When he did that,Jeremiah had covered his mouth with his newly acquired paws and just looked at his new furry body.

"Did I just yip right about now?I have a tail and fur like a mangy .....fox.",Jeremiah thought to himself.Silver looked at his "master" and started to growl fiercely at him baring his teeth at the fox.

"Uh-Oh...why are you looking at me like that,Silver?"he tried to say,but what came out was a yip.Jeremiah backed away and started to run towards the door,but unfortunately,he didn't have thumbs anymore.Luckily,he spotted an open window and decided to make a break for it,so Jeremiah ran past Silver then jumped on the couch and right through the open window.Silver chased after him in an attempt to capture him,but Jeremiah got away.Silver barked fiercely and tried his best to go through the window,but couldn't fit,so he continued barking.Jeremiah looked at his old shack and figured that he had to stay in the woods since Silver would try to kill him.So,with a heavy sigh,he looked at his old house one more time and headed off towards the forest towards his new home.
